We hope you love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase.

Returns

Email sarah@twobillybuttons.com.au to register your return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Accompanied by return slip (emailed to you when you register your return)

Please note:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be refunded

  • Gift cards and selected personal care items are non-returnable

Refunds / Exchanges

Your Refund may take up to a week to process and will go back into the payment method used for your order, once your return is received and inspected.

Exchange item will be posted out once return item is received and inspected.

Shipping Returns

Return postage is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
